valuation advice

When looking to sell, you should consider buying one of these market reports, but also talk to your local agents about the value of your property. Basically the more opinions, the better as valuation is an art rather than a science.

We do require you to have a knowledge of your property's price, via valuations ( hometrack, local estate agents, surveyors, mortgage valuations etc). However, we will happily advise you on how best to price your property.
