Sales fees:

Fee Digital Imaging HIP

0.5%* £199* (Upfront) Own HIP

  • ADD 1/2% to the above fees for Mulitple agency (more than one selling Estate agent)
     
  • ADD 1/2% to the above fees if you wish for Halfapercent to do the viewings (only applicable to properties within the M25)
     
  • ADD £50 + VAT for Digital Imaging (if your property is outside M25)
     
  • Property Press Advertising - On application
     
  • Where Halfapercent are conducting viewings, owner must provide keys (and if applicable tenants details to whom we will give at least 24 hours notice).

Our current agents have all worked for leading London estate agents (including: John D Wood; Hamptons; Winkworth and others). We are very experienced in dealing with both Freehold and Leasehold London Properties, and associated third parties: Solicitors, Surveyors and other Estate agents (Yes we get on well with other agents: - Liaising with them regarding our 'under offer' property chains, and working with key London Agents to help them to market their properties)

  • Free Photographers Visit - Photography, 360 virtual tours & floorplans (within M25)
  • Free Marketing - to our database of Corporate and Private tenants
  • Free Board - unless not requested (within M25)
  • Free Online Coverage - Listings on leading websites (including Rightmove, Findaproperty etc)
  • Free Offline Coverage - PR, Magazine Adverts (eg Hot Property Magazine)
  • Free Accompanied viewings (within M25, at appropriate fee level)

Fees
The fees we charge are a commission fee (a percentage of the final agreed price). This fee will usually be paid to us by your solicitor out of the proceeds of the sale. To get the lowest fees you have the option of paying £199+vat upfront (£249+vat outside the M25).

Sole Agency Agreement
We operate a sole agency agreement (not a sole selling agreement). Unlike a number of High Street Agents we to not operate with a restrictive tie in period and then a notice period to terminate our sole agency agreement. Our sole agency agreement has a zero tie in period and a notice period of 15 days. (This has been praised by WHICH? Magazine and is one of the many reasons they recommend Halfapercent).

Home Information Pack (H.I.P.)
As of now (post 14th December 2007) Home Information Packs (HIPs) are required for any house or flat that is 'new' to the market. This includes both freehold and leasehold properties, through our Hip provider you can either pay an upfront fee of £299+VAT or deferred payment of £349+VAT (for 10 months).

Client Log in
You have access to all details of viewings and site statistics from Halfapercent, Rightmove and Findaproperty.

Ombudsman
Halfapercent are members of NAEA, OEA and OFT approved (unlike some agents that are not members of ANY ombudsman scheme eg Foxtons, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward).
