Halfapercent currently list properties for rent in Barbados, Portugal, France and Spain. We list many types of property from self catering flats through to houses to gites to villas. How renting a property through Halfapercent works
The process is simple; register your interest from a properties details page and we contact our client to check availability and to forward any requests for further information that you may have. When you wish to make a reservation we will oranise the the agreement and handle the payment and deposit. Halfapercent take a deposit on all short term holiday lets and the full balance is required at least 60 days before departure.

Landlords
Halfapercent offer international property owners and agents the opportunity of marketing their property on Britian’s largest online estate agents portal. We currently list holiday rentals in Portugal, France and Spain and offer the highest quality in presentation of your property on Halfapercent.com to 5,000 daily unique visitors, listings on major British property portals and high rankings on major search engines like Google and Yahoo. Our Fees
Our fees are 10% of the total rental fee in commissions from successful introductions and a £150 regististration fee per property. We provide the listing of up to 16 landscape photos, floorplans and full a full text property description. We also offer a virtual tour service but this needs arrangement.
