The basis of our fee structure allows you the options to conduct your own viewings or to pay for our digital imaging service to adjust your commission level. The more of the non-skilled work you undertake and the more you are willing to share the up front costs, the less our service costs you. We work this way as we believe that you know your property and local area and understand where agents incur costs. Where we do focus our business is marketing, employing experienced negotiators and staff. It is this service that won us our prize at the NAEA estate agent of the year awards.

Our fees include full marketing, boards (within M25), full tenant referencing, advice and negotiation from experienced and accountable NAEA letting agents.

Landlords - only addition charge is £100+vat for the drawing up and signing of the Tenancy Agreement.

Please note that the fees are for the DURATION that the tenant is in the property, and are payable upfront annually in advance. There is NO MINIMUM fee that we take ie if the tenants opt to leave after less than 12 months. We will REFUND the remaining period taken in Fees. From the Landlords point of view whilst we do charge ' renewal fees' - we find that charging competitive fees for the duration that the tenant is in the property is the fairest way, as it encourages us to find you good quality long term tenants. We store all your property details so when tenant do give notice we can immediately remarket - thus reducing the chance of void periods.
