Since Halfapercent started trading in 1999 Asertahome have always listed Halfapercent's properties and we have a successful working relationship together. 'Asserta Holdings' now also own Propertyfinder, another portal with whom we market our clients' property.

Assertahome is not just a destination site; It provides the property search service for the UK's largest websites. These include America Online (AOL), Yahoo who also now provide the content services for BT (BTopenworld) and Freeserve who are now known as Wanadoo.
