At Halfapercent.com, we list all of our clients' sales and lettings properties on Propertyfinder who are one of the top online property portals in the UK. Propertyfinder are one of the best known brands in the UK property market and have spent considerable sums on state-of-the-art technology and advertising across all media including television.

Propertyfinder - consider their nearest competition to be Primelocation. Halfapercent do not list on Primelocation - as having trialled our London listings on the site - the response level was very poor. Property latest figures ( May 2006 - released in July 2006 by MediaMatrix) Show that Propertyfinder have 32% more 'Buyers, Sellers and Renters' than Primelocation. 1.1million on Property finder, versus only 871,000 on Primelocation.

In 2006 Propertyfinder redesigned www.Propertyfinder.com to a red colour and placed further emphasis on their property mapping technology. Propertyfinder now powers the property search for: Tiscali property, Yahoo Property, MSN property and for all News Internationals Newspaper websites:

In November 2005 Property finder (Estimated 0.75m users pcm*) was acquired by News International and realestate.com.au. Rupert Murdoch's News International's titles include: The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, News of the World, London Property News and Surrey’s Property Magazine. Propertyfinder have informed us that they will therefore be taking further adverts in these titles.

In 2005 Property finder took over the AssertaHome website. Therefore increasing the number of estate agents and properties on the Propertyfinder site. In addition to this, and of benefit for vendors and landlords that use Halfapercent Propertyfinder also kept the partner sites that asserta homes used - hence increasing the number of key sites. These include America Online (AOL), Yahoo who also now provide the content services for BT (BTopenworld) and Freeserve who are now known as Wanadoo.

In 2005 Propertyfinder relaunched the website with new map based technology - allowing 'searches' to be conducted by price range on a map.

Propertyfinder is a very well designed site and offers property fom all over the UK from the top High Multi Agents and also property from overseas. Since we first started our relationship with propertyfinder they have provided us with consistent results and quality responses to our clients' properties.

Propertyfinder has over 200,000 properties, and c 2,000 estate agents list property on the site.
